CEO
I have been in the Home Improvement industry for over 30 years. I started installing Vinyl Siding, Roofing, and Windows when I was 15 years old. In 1994, I realized it was my dream to own my own company and opened Tim White Roofing and Siding in Lindenhurst, NY.
After years of physically working all day and selling at night, my business grew larger and larger. We worked on the idea of satisfying our customers at every aspect of their project. In 1998, I opened my first Showroom in Lindenhurst to display our products and services to our clients. With continued growth and success, our company expanded into Kitchens, Bathrooms, Decks, Basements, Dormers, and Extensions. In 2000, we changed our corporation to Tim White Home Improvements.
Now located in Seaford, NY since 2006, we have a full-service kitchen and bath showroom. Over the last 10 years, our company has grown to one of the largest Home Improvement companies on Long Island due to excellent customer service and a large referral and repeat customer base. The one thing I instill in all my employees is to treat our customers and their homes the same way you would treat yours. Always focused on your complete satisfaction. These are words that I believe in and live by for the growth of our company. In the 25 years, my company has been in business, there is still nothing more satisfying than seeing the smile and hearing compliments from a happy client. Our reputation is very important to us! When you check our records with the BBB and other affiliations you will see that we have a spotless record. We look forward to working with you.
Project Manager
My name is Tom Miller and I have been in the home improvement business for 25 years. In 1995, I started working at a national building supply company in their warehouse driving a forklift and loading up trucks. Three years later, I moved into the inside sales department.
While working inside sales, I wanted to learn as much as possible about all products that I sold and how they worked and were installed. I visited many manufacturers and sat in on many lectures to expand my knowledge. In 2002, I was offered a branch manager position with the same company. Then in 2007, I was hired by Tim White Home Improvements to be a project manager for his business. In 2010, I was promoted to V.P. of Operations. I moved my way up in his business and in 2015, I became the President of Tim White Home Improvements. I help Tim run his business and I can honestly say this is one of the best jobs that I have had. Working for Tim White, everyone gets treated like family. It is great to work for a company where the camaraderie is high. Tim is very into customer service and we instill that in everyone in our company. We know every job big or small can be very stressful. It is our job here at Tim White Home Improvements to make everything as stress free as possible for our customers. Tim is a very dedicated owner to his customers. That is why you should always go with “The name you recognize, the name you trust.”
Operations Manager
My name is Scotty White and I am the Operations Manager here at Tim White Home Improvements. I was here when Tim first started out! For 10 years I helped him with roofing and siding projects. Although I took some time away from the family business to work in the audio and video industry, I am happy to say that I’m back.
You may see me around the showroom ensuring everything is up to date and running smoothly. The best part of my job is seeing our customers happy and our team happy.
Bookkeeper
Hi, my name is Maureen Mazol, I have been the Bookkeeper for Tim White Home Improvements for the past 6 years. In addition to running the day to day office operations, I ensure that our customers’ needs and questions are addressed and their job is being handled in a professional manner.
Prior to Tim White Home Improvements, I spent 10 years as an administrator for a large airline and 5 years as a medical biller. I enjoy the customer contact that my position affords me and love seeing our customers satisfied.
Project Manager
My name is Joe DeSalvo and since 1992, I have been in the management field. I started in the auto collision industry running repair crews, working with insurance field adjusters and supervisors. In 2004, I decided to try the home improvement industry and I never looked back.
I’ve been in the home improvement industry for 16 years and have been working with Tim White for 10 years now. I’m a project manager currently managing bathroom, kitchen and renovation projects. Through the years, I’ve helped many homeowners make their home improvement experience and dreams come true. I am looking forward to helping you too!
Repair Technician
My name is Luke Beauman and I am the repair technician here at Tim White Home Improvement. I started my career in carpentry in 2011, working for a small company building custom homes, although my interest in the field originated in early high school when I began taking courses in the trade.
Since that time, I have developed a wide range of skills and knowledge in carpentry, stemming from framing to finish work and everything in between. After over a decade at the company that gave me my start in the field, I accepted a job working at Tim White Home Improvement in 2022, which has allowed me to both refine and grow my skills in the field of construction. My current position affords me the opportunity to work with already established customers to address any concerns that may arise after work has already been completed. I am here to help ensure that our work in your home can withstand the tests of time and everyday life. I sincerely enjoy working directly with our customers to address repairs and restore the newness of our previous projects in their homes. I look forward to continuing our work with you!

Project Manager and Salesman
My name is Mike Tehan and I have been working in the residential construction industry for over 25 years. Shortly after graduating from SUNY Oneonta in 1994, I began working at a well-known nationwide building supply yard as a manager trainee.
While working there I quickly learned about all of the materials I was selling including how everything was made, installed, warrantied, and even serviced if necessary. I also realized that selling well known and trusted brand name products was the best recipe for success.
After moving to a more successful supply yard that sold all of these long established brands, my sales increased tremendously and I added reading blueprints and estimating residential projects to my skill set. Over the years I have worked hard to develop and maintain relationships with dozens of manufacturers and their reps, sub-contractors, architects, and retailers.
Now working with Tim White Home Improvements, I have found the perfect workplace to utilize all of my skill sets while also continuing to learn from one of the most successful remodelers on Long Island! Here we share all of the same principled beliefs and core values. I am proud to be a part of this honest, reputable, hardworking, family run business!
