Package Includes Complete gutting of existing bathroom and carting away of all debris. Removal of walls, ceiling, flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry and trim. Plumbing - Replacement of all bathroom shut-off valves and supplies, traps, tub/shower drain and shower valve. Electric - New electric to code inclusive of new GFI outlet, new exhaust fan, new light above vanity and light in shower all wired to new switch. Insulation - Install new R-13 insulation in exterior walls and R-19 in ceilings adjoining unconditioned space. Sheetrock- Install new moisture resistant sheetrock thruout entire bathroom and Durock cement board in shower area with 3 coats of tape and spackle. Tile - Install new ceramic tile in shower area to ceiling and ceramic tile on floor set in Mud base, install new marble saddle. Fixtures - Install American standard toilet and tub in White, Almond or bone. Trim - install new window, door and base moldings to finish bathroom. Install new Customer supplied Vanity and Top, install customer supplied towel bars, toilet paper holders, Ect.
